The Kiangoi washing station is one of three wet mills belonging to the Rungeto Farmers Cooperative in Kirinyaga, Central Kenya. The producers that belong to the Cooperative are located on the slopes of Mount Kenya. A region known for its intense, complex, and flavour dense coffees!

It's an interesting time for Kenyan coffee. With climatic changes and the rising popularity of disease resistant varieties, there is a broader range of flavour profiles now than ever before. It's still possible to find those classic, jammy, blackcurrant cups, but flavours of plums, stone fruit, hoppy florals, and citrus fruits are becoming increasingly common. 

With flavours of orange juice, red berries and hemp like herbals, this coffee is wonderfully complex and well balanced. Perfect for all filter brew methods.
