This coffee was grown in organic conditions in the Agaro region of Ethiopia. This complex, floral, elegant and tea-like gem is one for those that like bright and fruit driven coffees. It also has elements of a good Hendricks gin with cucumber. Brilliantly refreshing and absolutely delicious! 

Espresso Roast

Process: Washed
Variety: Caturra, Catuai, Pache, and Bourbon

A good, classic espresso roast. It's quite sweet and has a good, round mouthfeel. Slight acidity, like the first ripe plums of the harvest, but balanced well with that velvety chocolate taste that's so commonly found in a good espresso.
