Join us at the roastery to learn the essential skills and knowledge to perfect your daily coffee routine. In this class, we will explore the seasonality of coffee, and discuss how farming, processing, roasting and brewing all influence the final cup we drink. You will learn to brew a variety of coffees using three of our favourite manual brew methods: French Press, Aeropress and V60.
You’ll drink lots of delicious coffee as we share plenty of tips and tricks for getting the most out of your brew. You'll leave with an in-depth understanding of coffee brewing as well as a bag of beans to put your new skills into action!
Classes will run for 3 hours from 10:00am - 1:00pm on Saturday morning at our roastery in Barna. Spaces are limited to 5 people per session.
