This coffee comes from a group of quality-focused producers in Jaén, Northern Peru, and reflects the care and craftsmanship of smallholder farming. The average producer cultivates just over two hectares of organically certified coffee, with pulping, fermenting, and drying all carried out on the farm. 

Expect a sweet and balanced espresso with notes of grape, caramel and milk chocolate.
