Expect an incredibly fruity espresso with bright notes of lime, sweet apricot, and a rich dark chocolate finish.

Caravela purchased this coffee directly from three farmers in San Ignacio, Cajamarca with upfront payments. Caravela was then responsible for the dry milling, warehousing and all of the logistics getting this coffee to our roastery.
In an effort to improve the sustainability of our sourcing, this coffee comes from a farming community we've been buying from for the last three years. The Farmgate prices paid for this lot exceeds the Living Income Price (USD $3.30 /lb) for the average farmer in this community.
