Our current Guatemala lot comes from Huehuetenango, where coffee is grown in the mountains surrounding the ancient Mayan site of Zaculeu. This vibrant coffee delivers bright stone fruit acidity, balanced by a sugary sweetness and rich chocolate in the finish.

The coffee is produced by four quality focussed producers, with pulping, fermentation, and drying all carried out on the farm.
