Shipping policy

Domestic
All domestic orders are shipped using DPD. 

Most deliveries should arrive within 2-3 days of dispatch from the roastery. If you have not received your coffee within 7 days, please contact us so we can rectify the situation.

International

International orders are shipped using An Post and DPD. For orders under 1kg, we use An Post, which is an untracked service. For orders over 1kg, we use couriers and this is fully tracked.

For An Post international deliveries, please allow up to 21 days for delivery. If your parcel does not arrive within 21 days of dispatch,  then please contact us.

Collections
For collections at the roastery, you will be emailed when your order is ready. The roastery is open from Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. We do not have a card machine on the premises so it's best to order ahead, that way we can have your order ready for you.
