All Natural is our year-round seasonal filter roast, celebrating coffees processed using the traditional natural method. These coffees are sourced from regions where natural processing is either a long-established tradition or a practical choice due to limited access to water and processing infrastructure.

Also known as the dry process, natural processing involves drying coffee cherries whole, allowing the beans to develop a bold, fruit-forward and often fermented flavour profile. It is also a more resource-efficient method than traditional washed processing, requiring significantly less water and helping to reduce the risk of water pollution.

This coffee was produced by Abera Mengesa in the village of Halo Bariti, Ethiopia. Abera farms eight hectares of land inherited from his father, where he processes all of his coffee on the farm.

In the cup, expect a wonderfully fruity and complex coffee, with a clean finish and distinct notes of papaya and red fruits.
